BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon booking you will be sent an invoice stating payment due dates and all payment details. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due within a couple of days of booking, this secures your clinic/lesson place. Your balance will then be due 1 month prior to your clinic/lesson start date..

 

All payments, once made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless 1 months notice is given. Unfortunately, this includes cancellation for lameness, illness, etc, unless we are able to fill your clinic place we are unable to re-fund or hold your credit to transfer onto another clinic. 

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that this is an unusually uncertain time for all of us. Due to this we have put together this info to help put your mind at rest and keep things clear where booking is concerned.

If government guidelines determine that we are unable to run a clinic or lesson we will postpone to a later date and any deposit/balance that you have paid will be automatically transferred to the new date. In instances where you are unable to travel due to government guidelines, in the ‘high risk’ category, are shielding to care for someone who is ‘high risk’ or are self isolating because you have come into contact with the virus we will of course transfer your deposit onto a different clinic/lesson that suits you or where this isn't possible offer you a refund. 

In instances where you are unwell, please let us know with as much notice as possible.
